Is my appointment confirmed as soon as I book online?
Your booking request is received straight away and we email you a booking reference. Our team then checks the appointment and confirms it with you shortly by email or phone.
Why do you need my date of birth to book?
All our treatments are for adults aged 18 and over. The law prohibits anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers for cosmetic purposes for under-18s, and our clinic policy applies the same age limit to every treatment. Your date of birth also helps us match your clinical record if you have visited before.
Can I cancel or change my appointment?
Yes — please give us at least 48 hours' notice by phone, WhatsApp or email so we can offer the time to someone else. See our booking and cancellation policy for details.
Do I pay anything when I book online?
No payment is taken online — you pay at the clinic. For some longer or specialist treatments we may ask for a deposit to secure the appointment, and we will always tell you before it is confirmed.
What if I can't find a time that suits me?
Call or WhatsApp us on 07777 711 277 and we will do our best to find a time that works for you. Online availability updates in real time, so it is also worth checking again later.
Can I book an appointment for someone else?
Each person needs to book with their own details, including their date of birth and contact information, because we keep a confidential clinical record for every client. Ask them to book online, or call us together.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please bring photo ID, a list of any medicines you take, and details of any medical conditions, allergies or previous aesthetic treatments. Arriving five minutes early gives you time to settle in and complete any forms.
