The treatment room at Skin Anatomy on Queen Street, Southwell

Aesthetic Skin Clinic in Southwell

Skin Anatomy is an independent, advanced aesthetic skin clinic on Queen Street in the heart of Southwell. Local clients visit for CO2 laser resurfacing, injectables and regenerative skin treatments, always starting with a free, no-obligation consultation.

Advanced skin treatments on your doorstep

If you live in Southwell, Skin Anatomy is right on your doorstep. The clinic sits on Queen Street, a few minutes' walk from the Minster, the Market Place and the town's independent shops and cafés, so an appointment fits easily around the school run, a working day or a trip into town. Founder and Lead Aesthetic Practitioner Magdalena Wasiewicz set up the clinic here so that people in Southwell and the surrounding villages could access advanced skin treatments without having to travel into a city.

Many local clients first come to us about a single concern: lines that have started to look tired, sun damage from years of gardening and country walks, or acne scarring they have lived with since their teens. Having a clinic close to home makes a real difference for treatments that work in stages, such as a CO2 laser course with reviews between sessions, anti-wrinkle injections with a follow-up review, or a skin booster or polynucleotide programme spread over several visits.

We also welcome many clients from the villages around the town, including Farnsfield, Halam, Edingley, Upton, Thurgarton, Lowdham, Bleasby and Fiskerton. Whatever brings you in, your first appointment is a free consultation where we look closely at your skin, talk through your goals and medical history, and explain honestly what each option can and cannot do. There is no pressure to book, and all of our treatments are for adults aged 18 and over.

Visiting the clinic: your questions answered

Where exactly is Skin Anatomy in Southwell?

Skin Anatomy is at 17 Queen Street, Southwell, Nottinghamshire NG25 0AA, in the town centre. It is a short walk from the Minster and the Market Place, and there are pay-and-display car parks in the town centre a short walk away. Is a consultation free for Southwell clients?

Yes, consultations at Skin Anatomy are free and there is no obligation to book a treatment. We assess your skin, go through your medical history, explain which treatments may suit you, what results are realistic and what they cost, and then leave you to decide in your own time.

How long do appointments take?

Most appointments take from around 30 minutes to two hours, depending on the treatment. Skin boosters are among the shorter appointments, while CO2 laser resurfacing takes longer because numbing cream is applied before treatment. We give you a realistic time when you book so you can plan the rest of your day.

Which treatments are most popular with Southwell clients?

CO2 laser skin resurfacing, anti-wrinkle injections, skin boosters and polynucleotides are among the treatments local clients ask about most. Being close by makes it easy to attend the reviews and follow-up sessions these treatments often involve. Anti-wrinkle injections are prescription-only, so a face-to-face consultation with a prescriber always comes first.

Who will carry out my treatment?

Your consultation and treatment are led by Magdalena Wasiewicz, Founder & Lead Aesthetic Practitioner at Skin Anatomy, who is fully qualified to the highest level in aesthetic practice and currently studying medicine. Clients often mention how carefully the team explains downtime and recovery before anything is booked.
