The SV-5200 SG Structural replaces external pressure caps with toggle-retained, silicone-jointed glazing for a flush all-glass facade interrupted only by 20mm shadow joints. Sharing the SV-5200 carrier grid, it allows capped and structural zones to mix on one elevation — a practical way to feature a glazed core while economising elsewhere.

Stepped-edge double and triple units up to 46mm are mechanically retained by concealed toggles, meeting UK requirements for retained structural glazing without visible fixings. Thermal performance remains strong at Ucw values from 1.1 W/m²K, and the system supports concealed top-hung vents that disappear entirely into the glass grid when closed.
